It is the First(1st) day of the month of July…
Happy New Month!!!
Whoop Whoop *hehehe*
Congratulations for making it thus far.
The sixth(6th) month of the year just ended, so officially we have 6 months left to conclude the year.
HOW ARE YOUR GOALS DOING?
You know, it is really important to check in on your goals from time to time, have meditation moments where it just you without any distraction. Review your goals you’ve set to accomplished this year just in case it needs an adjustment, especially now that we just concluded half of the year. See how far you’ve come and how you can do better in the second half of the year.
It is never too late
Did you know that the more you progress on your goals and review them, the more they get bigger? More ideas come to you to make them better and before you know it you even exceed them?
One of the thing that limits your goal is procrastination and one way to overcome that is having a To-Do list. Have activities you plan on accomplishing daily and for starters, don’t make it too bulky so it doesn’t become overwhelming. Leave sufficient breaks in between and as you progress you can add more items to the list so you don’t have the feeling of giving up.
Inspirations need to be consciously rekindled to keep it going because some ideas may seem too big and at a point you might start feeling you can’t do it which may cause you to give up at some point. The fact that half of the year just ended, doesn’t mean you can’t finish or even exceed your goals (depending on you) in this remaining half of the year. The question is this:
WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
What inspires you is really important and determines how far you’ll go because whether you like it or not, there are challenges that will come, some little and some really big.
There are some ways to keep yourself inspired, Some examples are:
- Have a reminder of your goals
- Schedule times where you track how far you’ve gone
- Every time you reach a target, give yourself a reward(doesn’t have to be something big)
- Don’t let yourself get to overwhelmed. There’s nothing wrong with giving yourself breaks
- Don’t be too hard on yourself
*BONUS: Read or watch the stories of successful people.
How do you keep yourself inspired?
Will love to know.
Till next time,
